Dealers may not be listed in order of proximity to your location. Instead, they are organized first by Dealer Type, starting with Experience Centers, followed by Reference Platinum, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze dealers, and then by distance. Refer to the color-coded legend above the map to identify each dealer's type. Additionally, with the goal of returning at least one Platinum or higher dealer in your results, the locator may automatically extend the search up to the maximum preset radius.OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA
The Authorized International Distributor for your country will be listed first, followed by dealers in your country listed in alphabetical order. -
Dealer Types
McIntosh dealers are classified based on the number of products they have on display in their showroom. However, regardless of what’s displayed in-store, all dealers have access to our complete product line and are fully qualified to assist with your audio needs. If you're looking for a specific model, we recommend contacting the dealer in advance to confirm its availability before visiting.
INSIDE THE US AND CANADA
- Experience Centers feature the most extensive product displays and include a dedicated McIntosh showroom designed to replicate a home environment, allowing you to experience how a system may look and sound in your space.
- The majority of our dealers display a curated selection of products in a more traditional showroom setting, with Reference Platinum dealers offering the most extensive displays, followed by Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Additionally, Reference Platinum dealers showcase the MC2.1KW 2,000 Watt Amplifier and XRT2.1K Loudspeaker – considered by many to be the pinnacle of high-performance audio.
- Bronze dealers are typically Custom Integrators or dealers that operate by appointment only, so we recommend calling ahead before visiting. Some may not have products on display but still have access to the full McIntosh product line.
OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA
- We work with Distributors who manage their own dealer network. For some countries, dealers may be listed alphabetically after the Distributor. If no dealers are listed, please contact your Distributor who can assist you in finding a local dealer.

For the Consumer's Protection
In order to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, new McIntosh products may only be purchased from an Authorized McIntosh Dealer; and, with certain limited exceptions may only be purchased over-the-counter or delivered and installed by the Authorized McIntosh Dealer. McIntosh does not warrant, in any way, products that are purchased from anyone who is not an Authorized McIntosh Dealer, or that have had their serial numbers altered or defaced.

Unauthorized Dealers
McIntosh does not warrant, in any way, products that are purchased from anyone who is not an Authorized McIntosh Dealer, or that have had their serial numbers altered or defaced. The following is a list of known Unauthorized resellers offering "new" McIntosh products. Any products purchased from these resellers will not be covered under warranty by McIntosh. This list is not all inclusive and there could be other Unauthorized resellers that we are unaware of. Any products purchased from any Unauthorized reseller will not be covered under warranty by McIntosh regardless if they appear on this list. The "Find Local Dealer" and "Online Dealer" links are regularly updated to identify all such Dealers. If you are considering the purchase of a new McIntosh Product from someone not identified through those links, please contact McIntosh before your purchase, to insure that you do not make the mistake of purchasing a McIntosh Product for which there is no McIntosh Warranty.

Thomas, the president of Royco Inc. has been the McIntosh distributor for Korea since 1989. His love for McIntosh started when he first became a McIntosh dealer in 1975.
